The market of meat and meat products. In January-December 2016 in the agricultural organizations, the production of livestock and poultry (in live weight) amounted to 10 141,0 thousand tons (+ 5,8%).

According to operational data departmental weekly monitoring the price situation on food market average price of agricultural producers of the Russian Federation on 27.01.2017 of beef half-carcasses amounted to 205,39 thousand RUB/tonne, pork half – carcasses- 155,75 thousand RUB./ton for chicken carcasses – 104,77 thousand RUB./ton.

The market of milk and dairy products. In January-December 2016 in the agricultural sector to the gross milk yield was 15 040,5 thousand tons (+ 2,2%).

According to operational data departmental weekly monitoring the price situation on food market average price of agricultural producers of the Russian Federation on 27.01.2017 on raw milk made up of 24.79 RUB/kg.

The sugar market. According to the Union of sugar producers of Russia as at 23 January 2017 has 17 factories for processing sugar beets. Since the end of July 2016, the processed sugar beet 45 174,2 thousand tons (32.9% higher than last year), worked out 5 956,9 thousand tonnes (16.0% above last year's level).
