Until 2024 for its implementation will be allocated 406,8 billion. These funds will be used for the implementation of a programme to increase production volumes of agricultural products, building an efficient logistics infrastructure, the removal of tariff and non-tariff barriers in foreign markets and the establishment of a system of promotion and positioning of products of domestic agriculture.

By 2024, exports of agricultural products should reach $45 billion. this will increase the export of oil and fat products, fish and seafood, grain, meat and dairy products, etc., and also identifies the key markets – China, India, Japan, Southeast Asia, the Persian Gulf and Africa.

For implementation of the project will adopt a comprehensive programme of international competitiveness, in which the part of agricultural producers will be able to get loans.
