The market of meat and meat products. In January-October 2016 in the agricultural organizations, the production of livestock and poultry (in live weight) amounted to 8 289,0 thousand tons (+ 6,5%).

According to operational data departmental weekly monitoring the price situation on food market average price of agricultural producers of the Russian Federation on 16.12.2016 of beef half-carcasses amounted to 201,12 thousand RUB/tonne, pork half – carcasses- 157,06 thousand RUB./ton for chicken carcasses – 106,30 thousand RUB./ton.

The market of milk and dairy products. In January-October 2016 in the agricultural sector to the gross milk yield was 12 661,5 thousand tons (+ 1.9 percent).

According to operational data departmental weekly monitoring the price situation on food market average price of agricultural producers of the Russian Federation on 16.12.2016 on raw milk amounted to RUB 24,24/kg.

The sugar market. According to the Union of sugar producers of Russia as of 12 December 2016 are 67 processing plants of sugar beet. Since the end of July 2016, the processed sugar beet 37 470,8 thousand tons (18.7% higher than last year), worked out 4 962,0 thousand tons (4.5% more than last year).
