The market of meat and meat products. In January-December 2016 in the agricultural organizations, the production of livestock and poultry (in live weight) amounted to 10 141,0 thousand tons (+ 5,8%).

According to operational data departmental weekly monitoring the price situation on food market average price of agricultural producers of the Russian Federation on 03.02.2017 of beef half-carcasses amounted to 206,33 thousand RUB/tonne, pork half – carcasses- 154,12 thousand RUB./ton for chicken carcasses – of 104.46 thousand RUB./ton.

The market of milk and dairy products. In January-December 2016 in the agricultural sector to the gross milk yield was 15 040,5 thousand tons (+ 2,2%).

The sugar market. According to the Union of sugar producers of Russia as of January 30, 2017 there are 8 plants for sugar beet processing.
